Brrrrrrrn those calories this winter!

Sometimes it can be hard to put on those running shoes when you would rather be putting on slippers and curling up in a blanket to stay warm. Just remember only 30 mins of physical activity each day will help keep you healthy.

Here are some suggestions to keep you moving through the winter months!
-- Bundle the kids up and take them to the park

-- Turn up that music! Run up and down your stairs as many times as you can

-- Tired of looking at the layout of your furniture? Move it!

-- Clean the whole house!

-- Take the dog for a walk

-- Can't slip away from home? Grab a workout DVD and clear some space on the floor

-- Play in the snow!

If you do not like to go out in the cold, think of ways to stay active that YOU enjoy. Be creative!

Have fun!
